IndyGo maintains a bidders list of contractors and consultants, organized according to the commodities and services they provide. To be placed on our bidders list, please complete the online application below. If you need assistance or have questions, or would like a hard copy of the application, please contact our Procurement Department at procurement@IndyGo.net.

Notice Regarding Bidders Lists

Due to the high number of firms listed on some IndyGo Bidders Lists, it is often not feasible to solicit all vendors on a given list for every procurement. Therefore, being on an IndyGo Bidders List is no guarantee that a vendor will be solicited. We recommend that you also refer to sources such as this website, the Indianapolis Star, the Indianapolis Business Journal or the Indianapolis Recorder for more complete information about our solicitations.

Vendor Code of Ethics

IndyGo’s procurement process fosters fair and open competition. We conduct the bidding process according to the highest ethical standards and in a manner that elicits the complete confidence of the public. To ensure these important public goals, IndyGo has adopted a Vendor Code of Ethics that imposes procurement standards that exceed those presently required by Indiana law.
