INDIANAPOLIS – IndyGo is pleased to reopen the Carson Transit Center lobby and restrooms to the public beginning Saturday, July 30. The agency understands the importance of providing these facilities to its riders when they are waiting at the CTC for their bus and is thrilled to resume these courtesy services.
Once COVID-19 restrictions were lifted, IndyGo was able to move some personnel out of the building to other IndyGo facilities. However, due to the remaining number of team members still working in the building daily, capacity is limited, meaning riders can wait inside no more than 30 minutes.
The lobby and restrooms are only open during the following times:
- Monday-Friday: 8 a.m to 6 p.m.
- Saturday: 9 a.m. to noon
- Sunday: Closed
