Contact Emily- Emily.meaux@IndyGoFoundation.org __________________________________ Emily joined the IndyGo Foundation in 2020 bringing 20 years' experience in corporate fundraising and nonprofit management. Meaux has a passion for social justice and thrives at the intersection between nonprofits, business, and community life. In her role as Executive Director, she is responsible for the strategic direction of the organization, continually seeking partnerships to strengthen access to public transportation. Her prior experience includes fundraising roles at Conner Prairie, 100 Black Men of Indianapolis, and other central Indiana non-profits. Meaux earned a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University and a master’s of public affairs, specializing in non-profit management, from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis.

Rachel Moss

Prior to this role she worked at ServLife International for the previous 11 years. She is excited to be working for a foundation that is connecting organizations with a backbone need of every individual, reliable transportation. She grew up in McCordsville and now lives in Beech Grove with her husband and three daughters. Rachel is passionate about growing her understanding, appreciation, and love for the world and the people in it and does so by being an avid reader, food enthusiast and world traveler.

Yvonne Kilama

Contact Yvonne- Yvonne.Kilama@IndyGoFoundation.org __________________________________ Yvonne Nabwire Kilama has more than 10 years of expertise in program development, community engagement and health initiatives in the nonprofit sector, with a focus on community health, organizational development and system strengthening for development. She made significant contributions to HIV/AIDS prevention/response and social protection in her previous role as deputy chief of party at USAID's OVC West Central Activity at ACORD Uganda, which demonstrated her leadership in developing relationships and strategic planning. She joined the IndyGo Foundation because she is passionate about community development and wants to use her knowledge and experience to improve public transit and urban development with the current team.

Debbie Chandler

Equipped with two decades of experience in corporate training, team building, and curriculum development, she found her deepest fulfillment and aptitude in nonprofit management. Most recently, Debbie was a director at the Indiana Women In Need Foundation leading statewide development initiatives, community relations, and program administration. Her pragmatic insight and extensive frontline application of fundraising approaches, donor relations, and communications are integral to this leadership role that merges her strongest professional passions. Debbie earned a Master of Arts degree in Speech Communication from Ball State University. She is highly committed to impacting her local community by ensuring mobility solutions that are accessible, inclusive, and equitable.

Jennifer Griggs

Contact Jennifer- Jennifer.Griggs@indygofoundation.org __________________________________ Jennifer joined the IndyGo Foundation in 2024 bringing experience in higher education, nonprofit management and community engagement. Prior to this, Jennifer served as the associate director and manager for strategic initiatives at the Zionsville Chamber of Commerce and their RISE Foundation. She also held various leadership roles during her 17 years at Butler University. Originally from Kansas, Jennifer earned her bachelor’s degree from Emporia State University and a master’s degree from Kansas State. In 2022, she also earned a certificate in nonprofit executive leadership from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis. Jennifer enjoys exploring the many cultural amenities throughout Central Indiana and loves to travel having visited nearly all 50 states and seven Canadian provinces to date. In her current role, she looks forward to collaborating with area nonprofits and creating positive impact across the region.
