INDIANAPOLIS (Jan. 21, 2014) – On Sunday, Feb. 9 slight timing and routing changes will occur on IndyGo Routes 10, 19, 24 and 31.

Route 10 – 10th Street will extend 20 minute frequency to 10th and Lynhurst on weekdays. All Westbound trips will end at either Glen Arm and Westhaven or Cranston and Welcome Way with improved 40 minute frequency Monday through Friday.

A realignment on Route 19 – Castleton will eliminate the two morning and evening trips to 96th and Allisonville. All trips will now run on 82nd Street between Community Hospital North and Castleton Square Mall. Timing adjustments will also be made throughout the route due to this change.

Route 24 – Mars Hill will make an additional inbound trip at 6:22 p.m. on weekdays from Ameriplex to downtown.

Route 31 – Greenwood weekday times will be slightly adjusted midday.

Printed schedules will be available the week of Jan. 27 by calling the IndyGo Customer Service Call Center at 317.635.3344 Monday – Friday 7 a.m. – 7 p.m., Saturday 9 a.m. – Noon. Passengers can also visit the IndyGo Retail Center, located at 34 N. Delaware, Monday – Friday 8 a.m. – 6 p.m., Saturday 9 a.m. – Noon.

In addition to the route changes on Feb. 9, IndyGo’s Customer Service Call Center will extend its Saturday hours to 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. effective Feb. 1. This three hour extension will allow passengers to access real-time information later on Saturdays when many events detour and delay routes.
