INDIANAPOLIS (Jan. 7, 2014) – As temperatures begin to rise and roads conditions improve, IndyGo’s Fixed Route, Open Door, Customer Service Call and Retail Centers and Administrative Services will resume normal hours tomorrow, Wednesday, Jan. 8.

Although all Fixed Route and Open Door trips will operate regular hours, passengers should expect delays due to increased travel on the roads and some detours in areas that haven’t been completely cleared.

To assist with passenger questions on regular transit services and Open Door reservations for Wednesday, Jan. 8, The Customer Service Call Center and Open Door reservation line will be open until 7 p.m. tonight, Jan. 7. The Customer Service Call Center will also open one hour early Wednesday morning at 6 a.m. to help with real-time arrival questions. Customers are encouraged to call 635.3344 during these modified hours to avoid prolonged waits at bus stops.

Additionally, IndyGo encourages business owners and residents to clear their sidewalks of snow and ice to make passage to bus stops safe for all pedestrians.

For updates on service status follow @IndyGoBus on Twitter, watch IndyGo.net for news alerts or call customer service 6 a.m. to 7 p.m.
